What makes Altra shoes different from other running brands?

How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming race or training session.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your shoes, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of whether they have been worn outside.
How do I know which size to order?
Most Altra models fit true to size, but we recommend checking our specific size guide. Because of our signature FootShape™ toe box, you may feel more room in the front than you are used to in traditional pointed running shoes.
