We want you to find your perfect fit and feel confident on every trail; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund. All returned gear must be in its original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your Altra footwear or apparel in the original shipping box and affix the prepaid label to the outside, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
